An established FinTech (not a startup!) is seeking to make a real impact to both the way the banking and job industries work in the UK, and then globally. We’re gearing up to deliver services that provide better value by eliminating unnecessary cost and providing more efficient service.

If you’re up for the challenge we have an exciting new role. We are seeking an entrepreneurial senior finance professional with recruitment experience to head up operations of our disruptive new solutions for the recruitment and financial sectors.

We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge of the back office process of recruitment agencies and to be knowledgeable across the various subject areas of:

  • GDPR
  • IR35
  • Invoice Discounting Vs. Factoring
  • Technology literacy, including expertise in Excel for financial modelling and cash flow forecasting
  • Back office technology like ETZ, RSM Intime, Access and Tempaid
  • CRM technology like Bullhorn, MS Dynamics XRM, Voyager, Salesforce, Jobadder
  • Experience across the industry, including PE backed and publicly listed recruitment companies
  • Familiar with capital structures including debt, equity, hybrid, etc
  • Project management experience either PRINCE2 or Agile

The career progression prospects are excellent. We would expect the right candidate to be heading up the new business unit in a sales/commercial capacity within 12 months.
