Job Description

ETZ Technologies is actively seeking a passionate Support Technician to provide 1st Line Support to our Customers via telephone and Zendesk Ticketing system. This role would be ideally suited to candidates who have previously used ETZ or been in a similar support role.

The Role:

  • Being 1st line support for clients either by phone or Zendesk ticketing system and resolving their queries.
  • Escalating Support issues to 2nd Line Support/Developers if required
  • Delivering outstanding level of service to clients by ensuring queries are answered within given SLA’s
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure they feel they are receiving adequate help and support
  • Training clients on Timesheetz.net when required
  • Undertaking ad-hoc requests and tasking when required
  • Converse and interact professionally with clients as and when required

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent written, verbal and telecommunication skills
  • A passion for software
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience using a ticketing system would be beneficial
